Online Bill Pay is LIVE

Online water bill pay is here!  The new billing system requires that any residents wanting to pay online, register with their phone number and their water bill account number.  Many of our residents do not have a phone number on file/affiliated with their account.  Before registering, you must update your phone number with Town staff.  Residents may do this one of the following ways:

• Fill out this Google Form: https://forms.gle/dtcJf9Foq1deBTT66 (preferred)
• Email: WaterAdmin@WalkersvilleMD.gov

This will strictly be used to update our water billing program, and provide residents the capability to register on the online portal.  In addition to the registration process, please be aware that there is a 2.25% convenience fee per transaction. This fee is the responsibility of the resident.
